We're a Marketing Tech (B2B) company with an all-in-one platform to manage marketing campaigns across - Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn. Our platform helps run social media on autopilot - whether it’s graphics or text - at the click of a button. Our innovative AI features allow scheduling social posts, writing content fast, and speed up marketing. Legit, nobody's as fast as we are!

The role

Ahvi AI is seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Design Manager to lead and inspire our creative team in developing visually compelling designs that align with our brand identity and strategic goals. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for design, a deep understanding of marketing strategies, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Team Mentorship

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of graphic designers.
• Provide creative direction and foster a collaborative work environment



Design Strategy

• Develop and execute design strategies that align with business objectives.
• Ensure consistency in branding across all visual communication



Project Management

• Oversee all design projects, from conception to delivery.
• Prioritize tasks, set deadlines, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.



Creative Development

• Conceptualize and produce innovative designs for digital and print media, including marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and presentations.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure designs meet business and user needs.



Quality Assurance

• Review and approve designs, artwork, and layouts before final production.
• Ensure all designs meet brand guidelines and quality standards.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to keep the brand at the forefront of innovation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other AI design tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
• Familiarity with digital marketing and branding strategies.
